On July 23, 2021, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Georgia Baurzhan Mukhamejanov held a working meeting with the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Culture of Georgia Eliso Bolkvadze and a member of the committee Khatuna Kvitsiani.The parties discussed the prospects for expanding interstate cooperation in the field of culture and art. There was an exchange of views on opportunities for the implementation of joint art projects, including the film industry. To maintain international dialogue and involve our artists in the cultural community, the possibility of establishing sustainable contacts within the framework of the Batumi Black Sea Festival of Classical Music and Arts and similar contests in Kazakhstan was considered.In addition, Georgian deputies expressed interest in studying Kazakhstan’s model of music education and the preparation of national arts and pedagogical personnel. In this regard, a Georgian delegation led by Eliso Bolkvadze is scheduled to visit Nur-Sultan within the framework of inter-parliamentary cooperation.
