The Turkmen-Uzbek Economic Forum was held in the capital of Uzbekistan

The Turkmen-Uzbek Economic Forum was held in Tashkent within the framework of the official visit of the President of Turkmenistan GurbangulyBerdimuhamedov to Uzbekistan.

The leaders and representatives of the key economic ministries and departments, as well as business of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan discussed the issues on investment to industry, power energy, agriculture and transport sector of two countries-neighbors.

During the economic forum the bilateral meetings of the representatives of delegations of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan were held, in the course of which the specific investment projects and areas of the bilateral cooperation in the economic sector were discussed.

The signing ceremony of the bilateral documents also took place within the Turkmen-Uzbek Economic Forum.
