Turkmen diplomatic mission to Georgia organizes golf tournament

The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Tbilisi together with Alliance for development of amateur and corporate sports of Georgia have held International golf tournament dedicated to declaration of 2021 as the Year of Peace and Trust.

Representatives of diplomatic corps, business circles of Georgia, sportsmen from various countries took part in the tournament. Local media was highlighting this sport event.

It was noted before the tournament that development of sports of highest achievements and integrated events for popularization of the principles of healthy life style in Turkmenistan under close attention of President GurbangulyBerdimuhamedov.

Ashgabat and all the country have strong modern infrastructure including all necessary for going in for various sports. After opening of the first in the country golf club, which project has been developed taking into account the best foreign practice, this sport received impulse for the development.

The award ceremony of the winners took place after the tournament.
