30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Georgia and Kyrgyzstan has been celebrated in Tbilisi
The On 31 October 2022, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili, took part in the event dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Georgia and Kyrgyzstan.
On behalf of the Government of Georgia and the Georgian people, he congratulated the Kyrgyz people and the Government of Kyrgyzstan on the mentioned date and paid special attention to the friendly relations and close partnership between the two countries.
According to the Deputy Minister, cooperation between the two countries has been intensified in many directions, including in the fields of economics, trade and tourism. In the context of deepening cooperation between the countries, the importance of opening another honorary consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic in Georgia (in Batumi) this year was also noted.
“The cooperation between the Republic of Georgia and the Kyrgyz Republic has a solid foundation and great resources, which, I am sure, will allow us to further deepen our ties through joint efforts and fully utilize the existing potential for the benefit of our countries and peoples,” Aleksandre Khvtisiashvili said in his speech
