Alabai is a loyal friend and pride of the Turkmens
The Turkmen Alabai Ak dost (White Friend), donated in 2021 by the President of the Akhal-Teke horses international associations and “Türkmen alabaý itleri” Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, became the champion of Russia at the “Shepherd Dog of Central Asia” competition in two areas.Ak dost (White friend) gained experience by participating in several exhibitions and competitions held in different cities of Russia. Noting that Ak Dost received great appreciation from the judges at these events, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov solemnly presented the Vice-president of the “Türkmen alabaý itleri” association and the “Halkara ahalteke atçylyk assosiasiýasy” association B. Rejepov with dog certificates awarded at competitions held from 15 to January 17, 2024, and congratulated everyone on their high awards, wishing them all further success.About 200 dogs took part in the “Central Asian Shepherd Dog” nomination throughout Russia.It should be noted that Ak Dost gained experience by participating in exhibitions and competitions held in different cities.At these events it was awarded high marks by the judges. The victory of Ak Dost in the multi-breed dog competition is another proof of the versatility of the Turkmen Alabai.As you can see, Alabai, combining such qualities as loyalty, courage and understanding, connecting different eras and generations, have survived to this day. Thus, comprehensive work is being carried out to develop and continue the national values created by the Turkmen people, which have made a worthy contribution to world culture. All this is a visible confirmation that the state attaches special importance to enriching, in accordance with the spirit of the times, exemplary principles for the whole world created by our wise ancestors.
