First Business Lounge Powered by Visa Unveiled at Kutaisi International Airport Kutaisi
May 29, 2026 – Visa, a global leader in digital payments, in partnership with the United Airports of Georgia, has officially opened its first business lounge at David the Builder Kutaisi International Airport. The opening ceremony featured welcome speeches from Diana Kiguradze, Visa Regional Manager for the Caucasus and Moldova, and Levan Moseshvili, General Director of United Airports of Georgia.Spanning 270 square meters across two floors, the lounge is divided into several functional zones: relaxation, workspace, children’s play area and dining, with TBC Concept space on the 2nd floor. The interior seamlessly blends Visa’s modern, minimalist brand concept with local historical and cultural narrative. The walls feature light projections from the legend of the Argonauts, reflecting Kutaisi’s identity as a historic city. The lounge will be operated by United Airports of Georgia and will welcome its first passengers from May 29, 2026. Holders of Visa Premium cards issued in Georgia, i.e. Visa Platinum, Visa Signature and Visa Infinite, will be entitled to access the lounge free of charge, within a predetermined number of visits, subject to applicable terms and conditions.”I am delighted to officially open the first Business Lounge Powered by Visa at Kutaisi International Airport.
